Born and raised in Georgetown, Nathan understands the value of community and takes pride in serving the people and families he calls neighbors.
Nathan earned his degree in Sports Business from Northern Kentucky University, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and problem solving. Shortly after graduation, his path took an unexpected and meaningful turn when he traveled on a mission trip that ultimately led him and his wife, Kathryn, to serve as full-time missionaries in Guatemala for eight years. During that time, they founded an education ministry focused on equipping young adults with practical life skills, including personal finance and stewardship. This work and opportunity strengthened Nathan’s passion for helping others make wise and informed decisions.
Coming from a family of small business owners, Nathan grew up watching his parents operate a local funeral home, where compassion and service to families during life’s most difficult moments were paramount. That experience shaped his belief that meaningful work is about more than transactions, it's about relationships and showing up when people need you most.
